Reward Offered After Missing Man Found Killed In Vacant Baltimore Home
A fresh reward has been offered by Metro Crime Stoppers months after a man's body was found inside a vacant home in Baltimore. Early on Tuesday, Jan. 9, police located a dead body in the 3600 block of Belair Road that was later identified as 33-year-old Quantae Arthur. An alert was issued by the Baltimore County Police Department at 11:40 a.m. on Thursday morning after officers were called to the 7600 block of Carson Avenue in Dundalk.
